  Avoiding Definition is an exclusive one night screening night, which will showcase short moving image and sound works, made by talented local and interstate artist's and film maker's. However, the time based projected digital works are neither art or film. The makers participating in Avoiding Definition have created works whilst consciously trying to avoid the definition of both film and art.
   
  Ironically producing a new definition of work. It is not film, it is not art...It is... Filart! Is this possible? Come and find out! View the bold attempts by brave makers. See the cheeky inter mingling of genres and the beautiful contradictions! Sample the complementary boundary crossing food and drink, whilst being part of the screening revolution! A gold coin donation is all it takes.
   
  Avoiding Definition: Friday August 4, 7pm - 10:30pm.
